This is a full-time remote role handling rental properties in the U.S. You’ll be managing tenant communications, coordinating repairs, handling payments, and keeping things running without drama. You will answer tenant questions and resolve issues fast and coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance. You will also handle rent collection, late notices, and payment tracking, keep property records up to date and organized, and handle lease renewals and assist with vacancies.
